Troubleshooting Hierarchies

Issue: Hierarchies Sub Meter tab is missing, and version numbers do not match.

Resolution: Clear the web browser history and refresh the Hierarchies cache by opening Hierarchies from Management Console. Log in and press Shift + F5. Then reset IIS by navigating to C:\Windows\System32 and double-click iisreset.exe.
